BLENDED FRAPPE
- Brew espresso (1 – 2 fl oz)
- Combine espresso with 2 – 3 fl oz milk and pour into a blender cup
NOTE: Milk-Espresso mixture should be 4 – 5 fl oz total - Add 2 red scoops of Jimako Extreme Mix
- Add ice to a 16oz cup
- Blend until smooth (15 – 30 seconds) and pour beverage into serving cup
OPTIONAL: Dress cup with syrups, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle toppings
ICED LATTE
- Brew espresso (2 fl oz) and pour into a mixing cup
- Add 1 – 1 1/2 red scoops of Jimako Extreme Mix and dissolve with espresso
- Add 10 fl oz of milk and mix well
- Fill 1/2 of serving cup with ice then pour mixture over ice
OPTIONAL: Top with whipped cream, syrups and other toppings
HOT LATTE
- Brew Espresso (2 fl oz) and pour into a mixing cup
- Add 1/2 – 1 red scoop of Jimako Extreme Mix and dissolve with espresso
- Pour 10 fl oz of milk into steel frothing cup and steam to latte texture
- Pour steamed milk over espresso mixture. Create your latte art!
OPTIONAL: Top with whipped cream, syrups and other toppings

- 1 fl oz espresso
- 1 fl oz milk
- 1/2 scoop Jimako mix
- 12 fl oz soft serve ice cream

- 2 ounces espresso
- 10 ounces milk
- 1 scoop toffee mix
- 1/2 cup ice
- Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, toffee bits (optional)
HOT LATTE
- 2 ounces espresso
- 10 ounces milk
- 3/4 scoop toffee mix
- Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, toffee bits (optional)
ESPRESSO SHAKE
- Brew espresso (1-2 fl oz)
- Combine espresso with 1 fl oz milk and pour into blender (can use shake mixer instead)
NOTE: Milk-espresso mixture should be 2-3 fl oz total - Add 1/2 – 1 scoop Jimako Extreme mix
- Add 12 fl oz ice cream (can use soft serve also)
- Blend until smooth (15 – 30 seconds) and pour into serving cup
OPTIONAL: Dress cup with sauces, top with whipped cream and sprinkle toppings
